mcclabo ("we", "our", or "us") built the ReTime app as a team calendar app (basic features free). This page informs users of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when using our Service.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information We Collect
We collect limited information to provide and improve our Service:
- Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and profile image. This is used to identify you within shared calendars and teams.
- Calendar and event data: Calendars you create, events you schedule, shared calendars you participate in, and event details (title, date/time, location, description, RSVP status) are stored on our server to enable sharing across team members.
- Shared calendar membership: When you create or join a shared calendar, your membership and role information is stored to manage access and invitations.
- Attachments: Images, PDF files, and other files you attach to events are uploaded to our cloud storage and associated with the event. These are accessible to other members of the shared calendar.
- Location data: If you add a location or address to an event, that information is stored with the event. We may use this to display maps. We do not track your real-time location via GPS.
- Notification tokens: FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) tokens are stored to send push notifications for event changes, invitations, and reminders.
- Crash reports and analytics: We may collect anonymized crash reports and usage statistics (e.g., app version, device OS version) to diagnose problems and improve the app.
Advertising
This app does not currently display third-party advertisements.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and sync your calendars and events across devices
- To enable shared calendar functionality and team collaboration
- To manage invitations, memberships, and access to shared calendars
- To send notifications for event changes, invitations, and reminders
- To store and serve attachments (images, PDFs) linked to events
- To diagnose bugs and improve app performance
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data with third-party service providers (e.g., analytics providers) solely to operate and improve our Service.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as you use the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
Data Export
You can export your calendar data and event information in standard formats (iCalendar) from within the app settings at any time.
Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page with an updated date.

mcclabo（以下「当社」）は、アプリ ReTime （以下「本アプリ」）の利用に際して収集する個人情報の取り扱いについて、 以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。
本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに基づく情報の収集・利用に同意したものとみなします。
収集する情報
当社は、サービスの提供・改善のために以下の情報を収集することがあります。
- アカウント情報：アカウントを作成する際、メールアドレス、表示名、プロフィール画像を収集します。 共有カレンダー内でのユーザー識別に使用します。
- カレンダー・予定データ：作成したカレンダー、登録した予定、参加している共有カレンダー、 予定の詳細（タイトル、日時、場所、説明、出欠）は、 チームメンバー間での共有を可能にするため、当社サーバーに保存されます。
- 共有カレンダーメンバーシップ：共有カレンダーを作成または参加した際のメンバーシップ情報・ロールは、 アクセス管理と招待のために保存されます。
- 添付ファイル：予定に添付された画像、PDF ファイル等はクラウドストレージにアップロードされ、 共有カレンダーの他のメンバーもアクセスできます。
- 位置情報：予定に場所や住所を追加した場合、その情報は予定とともに保存されます。 地図表示に利用することがありますが、GPS によるリアルタイムの位置情報追跡は行いません。
- 通知トークン：予定の変更・招待・リマインダーのプッシュ通知を送信するため、 FCM（Firebase Cloud Messaging）トークンを保存します。
- クラッシュレポート・統計情報：アプリのバグ診断・改善のため、匿名化されたクラッシュレポートや利用統計 （アプリバージョン、OS バージョン等）を収集することがあります。
広告について
本アプリでは、現在サードパーティ広告を表示していません。
情報の利用目的
- カレンダーと予定の表示および端末間同期のため
- 共有カレンダー機能とチームコラボレーションの実現のため
- 共有カレンダーへの招待・メンバーシップ・アクセス管理のため
- 予定変更・招待・リマインダー通知の送信のため
- 予定に紐づく添付ファイル（画像・PDF）の保存と配信のため
- バグ診断およびアプリのパフォーマンス改善のため
第三者提供
当社は、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売・貸与することは一切ありません。 匿名化され集計されたデータを、サービスの運営・改善のために 第三者サービスプロバイダ（分析・広告パートナー等）と共有することがあります。
データの保持と削除
当社は、ユーザーが本サービスを利用している間、データを保持します。 ユーザーはいつでも以下の問い合わせ先にデータの削除を依頼することができます。 また、アプリ内の設定からいつでもデータをエクスポートできます。
データのエクスポート
ReTime にはデータエクスポート機能が組み込まれています。 アプリの設定から、カレンダーデータや予定情報を標準形式（iCalendar）で いつでもエクスポートできます。
子どものプライバシー
本サービスは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。 13 歳未満の子どもから意図せず個人情報を収集したことが判明した場合、 速やかに削除します。
本ポリシーの変更
当社は必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。 変更がある場合は、本ページに更新後のポリシーを掲載し、更新日を明示します。
